this fic reads like a lucid dream. its sense of place and atmosphere is very soft and close. i was looking for something cozy and this was very much that. harry is touch-starved and draco is easy and affectionate. takes place in an 8th year where v few students return so they all share space in the gatehouse. it was a very pleasant read but it also lacked any kind of chracter depth or build-up to the relationship, so it wasn't a fave for that reason, but there were a few lovely moments and uses of metaphor.
